In May of 2013, Cynthia and Lawson Sipp founded Southaven Party Rentals with a clear vision: to deliver star-studded, luxury event décor and premium rental experiences to the Southaven and Mid-South community. What began as a passion for beautiful celebrations quickly evolved into a trusted brand as demand grew and the company expanded, ultimately establishing its current location at 250 Stateline Road.

For more than twelve years, Cynthia and Lawson have made a lasting impression throughout the Mid-South by curating elegant, one-of-a-kind décor, offering custom-built rental pieces, and providing an elevated level of service rooted in true Southern hospitality. Each event is approached with creativity, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring every celebration feels both personal and unforgettable.

Southaven Party Rentals offers an exclusive, boutique-style consultation experience designed to bring each client’s vision to life. Guests are welcomed into the showroom for private consultations where they can explore the décor collection, select from the rental menu, and collaborate directly with the design team. To enhance the planning experience, the team can thoughtfully stage décor elements on-site, allowing clients to see a visual representation of their event before the day arrives. This hands-on, luxury approach ensures confidence, clarity, and a seamless transition from concept to execution.
